The use of hydrochloric acid in the treatment bottomhole formation zone leads to significant corrosion metals, as well hydrogen and chloride stress cracking pump compressor pipes. This article presents results study anticorrosive activity number derivatives class 3-alkyl-5-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazole under conditions low-carbon steel. During study, selected 3-alkyl-5-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazoles were synthesized. Their structure was confirmed proved using NMR spectroscopy HPLC/MS spectrometry. Corrosion rates, inhibition coefficients degrees protection calculated for all inhibitors. probable mechanism inhibitory action studied has substantiated quantum chemical calculations based on density functional theory Gaussian program. It shown that alkyl substituents greatest effect compounds. proposed adsorption inhibitor, which explained increase protective properties with an length substituent. high hydrophobicity aliphatic fragment, not involved chemisorption process, additionally prevents solution from contacting metal surface, while heterocyclic moiety ensures sorption inhibitor surface. As result, it homologous series 3-alkyl-5-aminotriazole suitable ST-3 minimum hydrocarbon radical at observed is 7 carbon atoms.
